Global Brands Sponsor Clipper Challenge

I’m pleased to announce that once again leading international events, communications and business hospitality brands have committed their support for the 2013 industry Clipper Challenge, which will take place off the South Coast on 4th and 5th June 2013.
Sponsoring organisations confirmed to take part in the competition include Clipper Events, Allied PRA, Alpine Sterling, Nautica Watches, Kerzner International, Radisson Blu (St Julian’s, Malta), Rocco Forte Hotels, Visit Malta, Alberta, Canada, Switzerland, Zurich Convention Bureau, Monte Carlo (SBM) Hotels and Casinos and P&MM Events & Communications.
Following the successful inaugural event in 2012, sponsor teams will again be taking on the challenge of sailing 68 foot Clipper Events ocean-going racing yachts that have circumnavigated the globe four times in races.
The success of the 2012 event has attracted back a good number of the teams who competed in last year’s event, while with more boats available this year, we have rapidly attracted several new competitors. We are in discussion with other industry stalwarts so will be adding to this already interesting list of participants.
